2019 Wood Art Exposition & Competition
The 2019 Southwest Florida Woodcarvers, Inc. Wood Art Exposition & Competition will be taking place in Punta Gorda on 2018-01-11 & 12 from 09:00 to 16:00 both days. The show is open to carvers (and wood turners) of all skill levels.
This is one of the only shows in SW Florida and will exhibit the work of some very skilled carvers. Some of the carvings from 2018 can be seen here.

First meeting in 2019
Estero Park and Recreation Center will re-open after the holidays on January 6, 2019 and our wood carving club will meet again for the first time in 2019 on January 9th. Come join us in the regular meeting room.

First meeting in 2018
Our first carvers meeting of the year was held on 2018-01-10 at our regular location in the Estero Recreation Center. More than 28 members attended with about 4 new members joining.
